Richard Dawson
An educator with doctorates in economics and law who has taught at major universities in New Zealand.
- PhD in Economics, University of Auckland / PhD in Law, University of Canterbury
- Former lecturer in Economics and Law at universities in New Zealand
- Restorative Justice Facilitator in New Zealand Facilitated restorative justice conferences between victims and offenders to foster accountability, healing, and community restoration.
- Founder and educator at Dawson English Academy

Julia Kim
An educator with experience in English education, Korean language education, social welfare and migrant support in Korea and New Zealand.
- BA in English Literature / BA in Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language
- Master of Applied Social Work (Postgraduate Coursework) in Massey University, New Zealand
- Qualified Korean language teacher, Cambridge CELTA and Trinity TESOL certified
- Former academy director and educator with experience in Korea and New Zealand
